4. Recruiting much too fast.
This is when all sorts of trash gets into the alliance. Farms, inactives, spies, etc. All you get is a bunch of accounts who do nothing but whine when they get attacked, waste precious defensive troops and add fuel to the flame when people get pissed. And obviously, there will be big players pissed over farms getting in.
And that's a shortcut to finding out if your alliance is about to collapse.
